The invention relates to a composite floor slab and a construction method thereof. The composite floor slab comprises a prefabricated wood bottom plate (14), a steel wire mesh (6) and a concrete composite layer (5); the prefabricated wood bottom plate (14) comprises multiple layers of wood layer plates and a structural oriented strand board (4), wherein the wide faces of the wood layer plates areconnected in an attached mode to form a large-size wood plate (1), the wood layer plates are fixedly connected through wood nails, and the structural oriented strand board (4) covers the large-size wood board (1); the steel wire mesh (6), the structural oriented strand board (4) and the large-size wood board (1) are fixedly connected in sequence through U-shaped nails (7) to form a whole; and theconcrete composite layer (5) is formed on the whole through a pouring mode. Compared with the prior art, the composite floor slab has the beneficial effects that the prefabrication degree is high, anddue to the fact that the out-of-plane stiffness of the composite floor slab is large, and the surface of the composite floor slab is covered with the concrete composite layer, the composite floor slab is good in vibration resistance and excellent in fireproof performance.
