The mounting structure comprises keel bottom plates, the wood-plastic floor and clamping grooves in the two sides of the wood-plastic floor, wherein the multiple keel bottom plates are arranged at equal intervals; the upper surfaces of the keel bottom plates are fixedly connected with a plurality of supporting plates which are distributed at equal intervals; the upper surfaces of the supporting plates are fixedly connected with the lower surface of a lowerplate; the upper surface of the lower plate is fixedly connected with the lower surface of an anti-corrosion rubber frame; the anti-corrosion rubber frame and a supporting rubber plate form a plurality of damping through cavities; the upper surface of the anti-corrosion rubber frame is fixedly connected with the lower surface of a bearing plate; the wood-plastic floor is installed on the upper surface of the bearing plate; and a damping mechanism is installed in each damping through cavity. According to the mounting structure, impact is relieved through stretching and retracting of springs, sothat the damage of the impact to the wood-plastic floor can be reduced.
