Suspended ceiling mounting equipment and construction method thereof
The invention provides suspended ceiling installation equipment and a construction method thereof. The suspended ceiling installation equipment is used for installing a suspended ceiling, the suspended ceiling is formed by assembling a plurality of unit plates, the suspended ceiling installation equipment comprises a supporting frame, at least two lifting assemblies, and at least four mutually independent lifting points, wherein the supporting frame is located below the unit plates to bear the unit plates, and comprises two parallel supporting arms, and the supporting arms can be extended or shortened in an axial direction; the at least two lifting assemblies are arranged on the supporting frame, each lifting assembly comprises two lifting units, and the two lifting units are symmetricallyarranged at the two ends of the supporting arm; and the at least four mutually independent lifting points are located on a steel beam, the positions of the lifting points are in one-to-one correspondence with the positions of the lifting units, each lifting unit is connected to the corresponding lifting point through a lifting rope, and the lifting units can wind the corresponding lifting ropes to drive the supporting frame to ascend. Through cooperative operation of the multiple lifting units, lifting of the unit plates is not limited by space, interference to other procedures is avoided, and meanwhile the requirements for long lifting distance and high mounting precision are met.
本发明提供了一种吊顶安装设备及其施工方法,用于安装一吊顶,吊顶由多个单元板块拼装形成,吊顶安装设备包括:支撑架,位于单元板块的下方以承载单元板块,包括两个平行设置的支撑臂,支撑臂能够沿轴向伸长或缩短;至少两个提升组件,设置于支撑架上,每个提升组件包括两个提升单元,两个提升单元对称设置在支撑臂的两端;至少四个相互独立的吊点,位于一钢梁上且吊点的位置与提升单元的位置一一对应,每个提升单元通过一吊绳与吊点连接,提升单元能够收卷对应的吊绳以带动支撑架上升。通过多个提升单元的协同作业使得单元板块的吊装不受空间限制,且不会对其他工序造成干扰,同时还满足吊装距离远、安装精度高的要求。
