The steel structure plant reinforcing method comprises the steps thatthe steel plate is attached to the steel flange below the steel beam in parallel, and a sealing rubber strip is arranged on the periphery between the steel plate and the steel flange; the steel plateand the steel flange are clamped and fixed; and structural adhesive is injected into the space defined by the sealing rubber strip, the upper surface of the steel plate and the lower surface of the steel flange, and bonding of the steel flange and the steel plate is completed after the structural adhesive is hardened.
