The invention relates to the technical field of doors and windows, and discloses an environment-protecting soundless door and window capable of reducing sound pollution. The environment-protecting soundless door and window comprises a top plate, wherein magnetic heads are movably connected to the inner walls of the left side and the right side of the top plate. According to the environment-protecting soundless door and window capable of reducing sound pollution, a first window frame or a second window frame is pushed, connecting heads can be driven to move, the connecting heads can drive fixing heads to move in the moving process, connecting rods also move along with the fixing heads, connecting shafts start to move under the pushing effect of the connecting rods, and then rotating rods are driven to move; and magnetic circular heads are fixedly arranged on the left sides and the right sides of the rotating rods, the magnetic circular heads have magnetism, magnetic concave plates alsohave magnetism in the same way, and the magnetic concave plates and the magnetic circular heads have the same magnetic pole in the same side, so that the magnetic concave plates and the magnetic circular heads repel each other under the action of magnetic force, therefore friction between the window frames and the two sides of a bottom plate during movement is avoided, and then the effect of avoiding noise generated by friction during pulling of the window frames is achieved.
