The invention discloses an energy-saving door and window with smooth drainage. The energy-saving door and window comprises a fixed window frame, the fixed window frame comprises an outer side window frame body and an inner side window frame body which are connected through a heat insulation broken bridge, the outer side window frame body is made of a window frame sectional material with a hollow cavity, a water leaking hole is formed in the upper surface of the hollow cavity, and a water draining hole is formed in the outdoor side face of the hollow cavity; and a water guide cavity pipe is arranged in the hollow cavity, and the upper surface and the outer side face of the water guide cavity pipe are provided with a water leaking hole and a water draining hole which correspond to the waterleaking opening and the water draining opening and are in butt joint with the the water leaking opening and the water draining opening correspondingly. The water guide cavity pipe is a plastic cavitypipe. A windproof sliding block sliding in the axial direction of the hollow cavity is arranged on the upper surface of the hollow cavity, and the windproof sliding block is used for covering and opening the water leaking hole. According to the energy-saving door and window, by arranging the plastic water guide cavity pipe, the heat insulation performance of the outer side window frame body can beimproved; the plastic cavity pipe is provided with the water leaking hole and the water draining hole, so that smooth water drainage of the door and window can be guaranteed; and through the arrangement of the windproof sliding block, the water leaking hole is covered and opened easily and conveniently, and the energy-saving door and window with smooth drainage is formed.
