The invention discloses a full-automatic screen window device and a control circuit thereof. The full-automatic screen window device comprises a screen window body, wherein a transmission part is arranged above the screen window body and comprises a motor and a spindle; first V-shaped wheels are arranged at two ends of the spindle; second V-shaped wheels are arranged at two ends of the bottom of the screen window body; the first V-shaped wheels are connected with the second V-shaped wheels through flexible connecting belts; semi-closed brushes are arranged on two sides of the screen window body; a power supply and a master control circuit board are arranged at the bottom of the screen window body; and the corresponding control circuit is arranged on the master control circuit board. By combination of structures such as the motor, the master control circuit board, the V-shaped wheels and the brushes, the full-automatic screen window device has the advantages of automatic control of opening and closing of a screen window, theft prevention, safety and the like; opening and closing of the screen window are controlled by the master control circuit board and the motor, and inconvenienceof manual opening and closing is avoided; and by arrangement of a human body infrared sensor, whether a child climbs a window or not can be detected and prompted in real time, safety of the child is guaranteed, and effects of external theft prevention and the like are achieved.
