The invention provides a rotary heat pipe type solar heating and cooling double-effect heat storage wall. The rotary heat pipe type solar heating and cooling double-effect heat storage wall comprisesa heavy wall body and a phase-change heat conduction assembly, wherein a light-transmitting plate with the upper end and the lower end capable of being opened and closed is arranged on the outer sideof the heavy wall body; the space between the light-transmitting plate and the heavy wall body is an air channel; the phase-change heat conduction assembly is arranged on the heavy wall body and comprises a heat pipe and a phase-change heat conduction working medium filled in the heat pipe; the heat pipe is arranged on the heavy wall body, and the two ends of the heat pipe extend out of the heavywall body; and the parts, extending out of the heavy wall body, of the two ends of the heat pipe extend reversely. According to the rotary heat pipe type solar heating and cooling double-effect heat storage wall, the heat pipe is combined with a solar heat storage wall; the exchange of the evaporation segment and the condensation segment of the heat pipe is achieved by rotating a rotary handle embedded in a heat preservation material block; and the heat transmission direction is adjusted, and therefore temperature adjustment and control are more flexible. The wall body is simple in structure and convenient to install, and indoor and outdoor temperature adjustment and control can be completed only by a small amount of operation. The components are simple in structure and easy to update andmaintain.
