The invention discloses a manufacturing method of an elastic fireproof composite floor. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps that S1, a finished base material plate is scribed according to the product specification; S2, the two faces of the base plate are coated with glue, and veneering and bottom pasting are carried out; S3, cold pressing is carried out on the base plate subjected to veneering and bottom pasting; S4, the cold-pressed plate is cut, and the cut composite floor is soaked in a fireproof material for 2-3 days; S5, the floor soaked with the fireproof material is aired and baked; and S6, after baking is completed, the plate is polished. The composite floor is healthy and environmentally friendly, the formaldehyde content is as low as 0.1 mg/L or below, and thecomposite floor is good in stability, resistant to moisture and water immersion, resistant to corrosion, good in flame retardant property, good in somatosensory property and capable of buffering footpressure and enhancing foot sole comfort.
