According to the invention, the recycled aggregate is subjected to reinforced modification and slurry coating treatment before material mixing, and active powder such as surface modified bagasse fiber, slag,silica fume and the like is doped during slurry coating treatment, so that higher stacking compactness can be obtained. The technical scheme is beneficial to improving the workability of the recycledconcrete, and is beneficial to improving the compressive strength and the breaking strength. The recycled aggregate is reinforced and modified by filling pores and cracks of the recycled aggregate with fillers such as a UEA expanding agent, magnesium aluminum silicate and the like and then treating with a waterproof agent, so that the water absorption rate of the recycled aggregate is further reduced, and the dry shrinkage performance of the concrete is improved; the recycled concrete provided by the invention has the advantages of high performance and excellent mechanical properties, and hasvery high practical value.
