The invention discloses a high-strength porous pervious concrete pavement and a preparation method thereof. The high-strength porous pervious concrete pavement comprises the following raw materials inpercentage by weight: 30-45% of recycled aggregate, 30-35% of cement, 5-10% of sandstone, 3-5% of mixed powder, 2-5% of an additive, 1-3% of an epoxy resin adhesive, 3-5% of asphalt and 10-15% of water. The recycled aggregate is matched with the cement, the asphalt and other materials, the environment-friendly effect is achieved, the pavement paved with the mixture is high in strength and long inservice life, the asphalt and the concrete are reasonable in component configuration, the production cost is low, economic benefits are good, meanwhile, the early strength of the pavement is high, and the strength can reach 80% within 3 days; the construction and maintenance time is greatly saved, the 28-day strength can reach 30 MPa or above, the functional requirements of a base layer structureare met, the service life of the pavement is prolonged, and materials are free of pollution.
本发明公开了一种高强度孔隙透水混凝土路面及其制备方法,包含以下各成分的重量百分比原料:再生骨料30%~45%、水泥30%~35%、砂石5%~10%、混合粉末3%~5%、添加剂2%~5%、环氧树脂胶黏剂1%~3%、沥青3%~5%、水10%~15%;本发明本发明采用采用再生骨料配合水泥、沥青等材料制成,具有绿色环保之功效,混合料铺装的路面强度高,使用寿命长,且沥青和混凝土成分配置合理,生产成本低,经济效益好,同时路面早期强度高,3天强度即可达到80%的强度,较大节约了施工养护时间,28天强度可达到30MPa以上,满足基层结构功能性要求,延长路面寿命,且材料无污染。
