The thermistor material is composed of lanthanum trioxide, cobaltosic oxide, bismuth trioxide, basic nickel carbonate,manganous manganic oxide, nickel sesquioxide and kaolin. The formula does not contain Fe, so that high uniformity under a high-temperature sintering condition is ensured; the sintering temperature isrelatively low and is only 1300-1500 DEG C, so that a certain energy-saving advantage is achieved; raw materials are sufficient in China and proper in price, so that the large-scale production is notlimited by too high cost.
