The invention provides a mounting method of a modularized blast furnace in-situ major-repair protective shed. The mounting method includes the following steps that after a middle-section cooling wallis mounted, an all-round quick scaffold is erected to carry out pointing on the cooling wall till the mounting height of the cooling wall is reached, and brackets and a main beam of the protective shed are sequentially hoisted onto the all-round quick scaffold by using a crane; the brackets of the protective shed are mounted at turning points of a blast furnace shell on the all-round quick scaffold; a main beam of the protective shed is hoisted to the brackets, the main beam is gradually mounted to form a protective shed frame, then the brackets are leveled, and the brackets and the main beamare welded and fixed to complete the mounting of a main beam frame of the protective shed; and after the main beam frame of the protective shed is mounted, other components of the protective shed aremounted in sequence. According to the mounting method, after the middle-section cooling wall is mounted, the all-round quick scaffold is erected to conduct pointing on the cooling wall, an existing all-round scaffold is used as a construction platform, and the protective shed is assembled.
