The invention relates to the technical field of highway roadbed construction, in particular to a highway soft soil layer roadbed microwave reinforcing method. The method comprises the following steps:(1) detecting burying conditions and distribution range of a soft soil layer, physical and mechanical parameter properties of soft soil and the like by adopting drilling, static sounding, penetrationand other technologies; (2) equidistantly drilling holes in the range of a soft soil layer to be reinforced, and extracting accumulated water in pile holes; (3) after pile hole treatment is completed, arranging microwave equipment in place and below the pile hole; (4) turning on a power supply, and selecting proper microwave output power as required; (5) turning off the microwave power supply when the to-be-processed area reaches a preset value; and (6) after the soil body in the microwave treatment area is cooled to the room temperature, taking out the microwave equipment, driving or statically pressing the pine piles or the rigid piles, and then carrying out leveling, waterproofing and other treatment on the horizontal plane. The method can solve the problems that an existing soft soilroadbed reinforcing method is long in construction period, high in cost, low in efficiency and the like, the soil moisture content can be effectively reduced, and the soft soil roadbed is reinforced.
本发明涉及公路路基施工技术领域的一种公路软弱土层路基微波加固方法,该方法包括:(1)采用钻探、静探、贯入等技术,探测软弱土层的埋藏条件、分布范围、软土的物理力学参数性质等;(2)对拟加固软弱土层范围进行等距离钻孔,并对桩孔的积水进行抽出处理;(3)桩孔处理完成后,微波设备就位,下方;(4)开启电源,根据需要选择适当的微波输出功率;(5)待处理区域达到预设值时,关闭微波电源;(6)待微波处理区域土体冷却至室温后取出微波设备,打入或静力压入松木桩或刚性桩,再进行水平面的找平,防水等处理。该方法可解决目前软土路基加固方法存在施工周期长、成本高、效率低等问题,能有效降低土体含水率,实现软土路基的加固。
