The invention relates to the technical field of bridge engineering, in particular to an inclined arch tower cable-stayed bridge. The inclined arch tower cable-stayed bridge comprises a bridge body, aninclined bridge tower, a stay cable structure and a thrust bracket; the inclined bridge tower inclines towards one side of the longitudinal bridge direction of the bridge body; the stay cable structure is divided into an overturning side outer stay cable and an anti-overturning side outer stay cable; the horizontal component force of the anti-overturning side stay cable along the bridge body is greater than the horizontal component force of the overturning side stay cable along the bridge body; and the thrust bracket is fixed to the bottom face of the bridge body and abuts against the inclined bridge tower from the anti-overturning side. The inclined arch tower cable-stayed bridge is provided with the inclined bridge tower, the structural internal stress generated by inclination of the inclined bridge tower is greatly reduced, and the modeling requirement of a landscape bridge is met.
