The invention discloses a green and environment-friendly fallen leaf treatment backfilling device. The device comprises a machine body, a backfilling cavity with a downward opening is formed in the machine body, a backfilling device is arranged in the backfilling cavity, the backfilling device comprises a backfilling block arranged in the backfilling cavity in a sliding mode, backfilling rods arefixedly arranged on the lower end face of the backfilling block from left to right at equal intervals, and a lifting cavity is arranged at the upper side of the backfilling cavity. According to the device, fallen leaves and dust on the ground can be collected in a unified mode, due to the fact that an air suction mode is adopted, the dust cannot fly, the surrounding environment is protected, meanwhile, the collected fallen leaves are subjected to crushing treatment, and then the crushed fallen leaves are mixed with clean water to be stored. When the device is moved to the soil ground, the mixture of the crushed fallen leaves and water can be backfilled into the soil for fertilization, so that the fertilization of the soil is facilitated, and the idea of environmental protection is embodied.
