The invention discloses a river channel cleaning device for water conservancy projects. The river channel cleaning device comprises a ship body, a desilting structure and a garbage cleaning structure,wherein the garbage cleaning structure comprises a crushing box body, an internal crushing structure, a lifting structure, a rotary transportation structure and a bottom pushing structure; and the internal crushing structure comprises a rotating motor, a rotating shaft, crushing fan blades, a side edge roller, a driving roller, a linkage belt and a side edge rotating shaft. The crushing structureis arranged at the side edge of a silt suction structure, so that some solid garbage is cleaned, and the situation that a silt suction pipeline is difficultly cleaned as the solid garbage blocks thesilt suction pipeline in the silt suction structure is avoided. Meanwhile, the lifting structure is arranged on the device, so tat the solid garbage can be automatically transported, smashed and collected, and thus the cleaning effect is better.
