Electric recycling and reusing energy-saving device for potential energy of excavator boom
The invention provides an electric recycling and reusing energy-saving device for potential energy of an excavator boom. The device comprises a boom (1), a boom hydraulic cylinder (2), a steel wire rope (4), a roller (5), a motor (6), a plurality of sensors, a controller and a battery; the roller (5) and the motor (6) are fixed to an upper turntable of an excavator; and a speed reducer is arrangedin the roller (5); the motor (6) is connected with the speed reducer through a shaft coupling; one end of the steel wire rope (4) is wound on the roller (5), and the other end of the steel wire rope4 is fixed on the boom (1) through a pull rod 3; and the battery is electrically connected with the motor through an inverter. The energy-saving device of the invention is simple in structure, small in size, light in weight, low in cost and high in reliability, the efficiency of a hydraulic system is improved, the heating phenomenon of the hydraulic system of the excavator due to oil temperature rise is avoided, the specification of radiator equipment arranged in the system is reduced, and the obvious energy-saving effect is achieved.
