The invention discloses a water-saving rinsing basin for building construction. The basin comprises a wash stand and a water storage tank arranged below the wash stand, a first rotating cavity is formed in the wash stand, a motor is arranged in the rear wall of the first rotating cavity, and a first rotating shaft is installed on the front surface of the motor. The rinsing basin is simple in structure and convenient to use, different from an existing rinsing basin, the rinsing basin is combined with a washing basin together, the corresponding basin is freely selected according to needs, rinsing and washing work can be conducted only through one work space, and the occupied area is effectively reduced; and secondly, sewage generated during rinsing and washing is collected to be used for flushing toilets and the like, due to the fact that the pollution degrees of the sewage generated during rinsing and washing are different, the sewage generated during rinsing is firstly used for cleaning, then the sewage generated in the washing process is used for flushing, water resources are saved, and meanwhile the cleanness of a flushed closestool can also be ensured.
