The invention discloses a rapid road accumulated water drainage device with a lifting guardrail. The device comprises a base, a drainage port with the lower side communicating with a sewer line is formed in the base, a well lid cavity with an upward opening is formed in the upper side of the drainage port in a communicating mode, a well lid is arranged in the well lid cavity in an up-down slidingmode, lifting blocks are fixedly arranged on the left side and the right side of the circumferential wall of the drainage port correspondingly, lifting rod cavities are formed in the lifting blocks onthe left side and the right side in an up-down penetrating mode, and lifting rods are arranged in the lifting rod cavities on the left side and the right side in an up-down sliding mode. According tothe device, when it is detected that urban road water accumulation is serious, the device can be automatically started, an inspection well cover at the drainage port is opened upwards, the drainage of accumulated water is accelerated, and the drainage pressure is effectively relieved; the guardrail can be lifted on the periphery of the drainage port, so that the safety of pedestrians and vehiclesis protected; and meanwhile, the device can release a floating block to assist in lifting the inspection well cover, so that the situation that the inspection well cover cannot be lifted due to overlarge water pressure is avoided.
