The invention relates to the field of precast concrete frames, in particular to a fully-fabricated prestressed concrete frame. The fully-fabricated prestressed concrete frame comprises a bottom plate,a plurality of precast columns arranged on the bottom plate and precast beams connected with the adjacent precast columns, wherein the precast columns are connected with the bottom plate through connecting frames, the precast columns are connected with the precast beams through pre-embedded assemblies, the pre-embedded assemblies comprise steel channels arranged outside the precast columns, square steel arranged at one ends of the precast beams and connecting plates arranged at the tops of the steel channels, one end of the square steel is slidably arranged between the steel channels and theconnecting plates in a sleeving mode, baffle plates are arranged in the square steel, the end, away from the steel channels, of the square steel is slidably arranged at one ends of the precast beams in a sleeving mode, vertical buffer assemblies are arranged at the positions, corresponding to the steel channels, in the square steel, the buffer direction of the vertical buffer assemblies are parallel to the length direction of the precast columns, transverse buffer assemblies are arranged at the positions, corresponding to the ends of the precast beams, in the square steel, and the buffer direction of the transverse buffer assemblies are parallel to the length direction of the precast beams. According to the fully-fabricated prestressed concrete frame, the shock resistance of the prestressed concrete frame can be improved.
