The invention discloses a truss body and concrete structure connecting joint, a truss and a method. The connecting joint comprises a first cross beam, a second cross beam, first profile steel and second profile steel, wherein the first cross beam and the second cross beam are formed by extending two cross beams in a concrete structure, the extending tail ends are exposed out of I-shaped steel, thetail end of the first cross beam is a first tail end, and the tail end of the second cross beam is a second tail end; the I-shaped steel at the first tail end is welded to the top of the truss body;a steel plate is repair-welded to the I-shaped steel at the second tail end to form an L-shaped clamping groove, one end of the second profile steel is welded to the L-shaped clamping groove, and theother end of the second profile steel is welded to the bottom of the truss body; one end of the first cross beam and one end of the second cross beam are welded to the vertically-placed first profilesteel; and the first profile steel is welded to the lower end of the truss body. The connecting joint has the advantages of being convenient to install, good in construction measure, safe, reliable and low in cost.
