Inserting method of caulking clamping pieces and veneer notches for suspended ceiling installation
The invention relates to an inserting method of caulking clamping pieces and veneer notches for suspended ceiling installation. The caulking clamping pieces and inorganic veneers are included. The installation method comprises the following steps that a, the two inorganic veneers are placed on the same plane; b, guide plates on the caulking clamping pieces are placed along the notches in the inorganic veneers; c, caulking strips on the caulking clamping pieces are pushed forwards along a gap between the two inorganic veneers; and d, supporting plates on the caulking clamping pieces abut against the upper surfaces of the notches, the bottoms of the guide plates are attached to the lower surfaces of the notches, and installation is completed. The caulking clamping pieces are directly inserted into the inorganic veneers provided with the notches, so that the installation efficiency can be effectively improved, and the installation cost is reduced; and meanwhile, the caulking clamping pieces are arranged to be of structural forms comprising the guide plates, the supporting plates and the caulking strips, so that the technical problem that the height difference exists between the veneers after the inorganic veneers are spliced can be solved, and popularization and application of the installation method in the technical field of suspended ceiling mounting are facilitated.
本发明涉及用于吊顶安装的嵌缝卡件与单板槽口的插接方法,具有嵌缝卡件与无机饰面板;安装方法包括以下步骤:a、在平面上,将两块无机饰面板位于同一平面上放置;b、将嵌缝卡件上的导向板沿着无机饰面板上的槽口放置;c、将嵌缝卡件上的嵌缝条沿着两块无机饰面板中间的缝隙向前推;d、将嵌缝卡件上的支撑板抵接在槽口的上表面,导向板的底部贴合于槽口的下表面,完成安装。将嵌缝卡件直接插接在设有槽口的无机饰面板上,能够有效提高安装效率,降低安装成本,同时通过将嵌缝卡件设置成包括导向板、支撑板以及嵌缝条的结构形式,能够解决无机饰面板拼接后板间存在高低差的技术问题,有利于该安装方法在吊顶安装技术领域的推广及应用。
