BIPV structure
The invention discloses a BIPV structure. The BIPV structure comprises a plurality of longitudinal water tanks, transverse water tanks and photovoltaic modules, wherein the longitudinal water tanks are arranged on a building cross beam in parallel, each longitudinal water tank comprises a cavity located in the middle and first open grooves located in the two sides of the cavity, steps matched withthe side edges of the photovoltaic modules are arranged on the two sides of the tops of the cavities, and the steps are higher than the first open grooves; the transverse water tanks are arranged between the adjacent longitudinal water tanks side by side, and the end parts of the transverse water tanks are erected on the side walls of the first open grooves, so that end water outlets of the transverse water tanks are communicated with the first open grooves; and the photovoltaic modules are arranged between the adjacent longitudinal water tanks side by side, the side edges of the photovoltaicmodules are erected on the steps, and one transverse water tank is arranged below a gap between every two adjacent longitudinal photovoltaic modules. The bearing capacity of the structure is guaranteed through the cavities of the longitudinal water tanks, meanwhile, good water leakage prevention performance is achieved through the longitudinal water tanks and the transverse water tanks, and the use requirements of most buildings are met.
本发明公开一种BIPV结构,包括若干纵向水槽、横向水槽、和光伏组件;纵向水槽并列设置在建筑横梁上,包括位于其中部的型腔、位于型腔两侧的第一开口槽,型腔顶部的两侧均设置有供光伏组件的侧边配合的台阶,台阶高于第一开口槽;横向水槽并排设置在相邻的纵向水槽之间,其端部搭设在第一开口槽的侧壁上,使得横向水槽的端部出水口与第一开口槽连通;光伏组件并排设置在相邻的纵向水槽之间,其侧边搭设在台阶上,纵向相邻的光伏组件的间隙下方均设置一横向水槽。本发明由纵向水槽的型腔保证结构的承重能力,同时由纵向水槽和横向水槽实现良好的防漏水性能,满足大部分建筑的使用需求。
