The antibacterial stainless steel handrail comprises an elevator, wherein a mounting plate is mounted on the lower surface of the elevator; a sliding groove is formed in the lower surface of the mounting plate; a pressing piece is arranged below the mounting plate; fixing frames are mounted at two ends of the lower surface of the mounting plate; handrail rods are mounted at the bottom ends of the fixing frames; and movable rings sleeve the handrail rods. According to the antibacterial stainless steel handrail, an appropriate amount of nano-silver solution is injected into a storage cylinder from a water injection port by the aid of overall design, the solution in the storage cylinder is transferred into the movable rings in a pressing manner and absorbed by sponges in the movable rings, and the storage cylinder drives the movable rings and the sponges to move on the handrail rods while moving, so that the nano-silver solution is smeared on the surface of the handrail rods; and in addition, alcohol type smearing can be performed, thus good sterilization effects canbe provided, the problem that people is infected by bacteria breeding on the handrail rodsis avoided, and use safety of the handrail rods is effectively improved.
