The invention discloses a vertical automatic wall tile pasting device for building construction. The device comprises a supporting mechanism, a pasting mechanism, a first transmission disc, a positioning shaft, a clamping shaft base, a connecting bottom plate, a supporting plate, a fixing shell, a guide mechanism, a fixing sliding groove, a second transmission disc, and a connecting sliding groove. The upper end surface of the connecting bottom plate is symmetrically and fixedly connected with the clamping shaft base for connection; and the fixing shell is rotationally clamped on the upper endsurface of the clamping shaft base through the positioning shaft. By arranging the supporting mechanism, the pasting mechanism, the first transmission disc, the guide mechanism, and the second transmission disc, when pasting is conducted, due to the fact that the connecting sliding groove in the first transmission disc and the fixing sliding groove in the second transmission disc are of a specialstructure, when the first transmission disc and the second transmission disc are driven by a transmission shaft to rotate, the first transmission disc and the second transmission disc are driven by the transmission shaft to rotate; and a connecting base can move back and forth in a circulating mode, a fixing sliding block can move up and down when the connecting base stops, and therefore the walltile pasting efficiency and pasting accuracy are effectively improved.
本发明公开一种建筑施工用立式自动贴墙砖装置,包括支撑机构、贴附机构、第一传动盘、定位轴、卡轴座、连接底板、支撑板、固定壳、导向机构、固定滑槽、第二传动盘和连接滑槽,所述连接底板的上端面对称固定连接有用于连接的卡轴座,且所述卡轴座的上端面通过定位轴转动卡接有固定壳。本发明通过设置支撑机构、贴附机构、第一传动盘、导向机构和第二传动盘,在进行贴附时,由于第一传动盘内部的连接滑槽和第二传动盘内部的固定滑槽为特殊结构,使得当第一传动盘和第二传动盘在传动轴的带动下进行转动时,能使连接座进行来回循环位移,且能使得固定滑块在连接座进行停顿时进行上下位移操作,从而有效提高了对墙砖的贴合效率和贴合的精确性。
