The invention provides a mounting adjusting structure of a fabricated decorative wall surface, and relates to the technical field of wallboard mounting. The structure comprises a base plate and an adjusting device; four supporting columns are fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the base plate, a supporting plate is fixedly connected to the sides, away from the base plate, of the supporting columns, and the adjusting device is arranged on the side, away from the supporting columns, of the supporting plate; and the adjusting device comprises track plates, the sides, away from the supportingcolumns, of the track plates are fixedly connected with the supporting plate, the track plates are evenly distributed on the surface of the supporting plate, and sliding blocks are slidably connectedto the inner walls of the track plates. The structure solves the problems that through a traditional mounting method, a decorative wallboard is manually pressed on a wall surface, and then another operator uses super glue for bonding, so that the manpower is wasted, and the situation that due to the fact that the decorative wallboard is unevenly pressed for a long time, the bonding force betweenthe wallboard and the wall surface is low, and then, the decoration quality of the wall surface is influenced is prone to happening.
