Top plate post-cast strip reinforcing method and back shore structure thereof
The invention relates to a top plate post-cast strip reinforcing method and a back shore structure thereof. The method comprises the following steps of 1, conducting joint design, specifically, determining the positions of support points, where supports need to be added, of a post-cast strip according to a construction drawing; 2, paving top plate formworks, and forming holes in top plate bottom formworks; 3, machining supporting rods, wherein a bearing plate is installed at one end of each supporting rod; and 4, installing the supporting rods, wherein the bearing plates at the upper ends of the supporting rods replace bottom formwork holes in the corresponding positions during top formwork supporting, and the bottoms of the supporting rods are supported on the ground. The positions of thesupporting rods are determined in advance, the supporting rods serve as the supports, the holes in the bottom formworks are filled with the bearing plates at the top, after top plate pouring is completed and the strength is achieved, a conventional formwork system is detached, the supporting rods are reserved, formwork pouring and later-period supporting work of top plates at the two sides of thepost-cast strip are completed at a time, the formwork system building frequency is reduced, the construction period is effectively shortened, and the effect of improving the construction efficiency is achieved.
