The concrete pouring machine structurally comprises an anti-overflow warning discharging hole structure, a moving frame, a motor, a control case, a concrete conveying barrel frame and a feeding hole, wherein the right side of the anti-overflow warning discharging hole structure is welded to the left side of the concrete conveying barrel frame. According to the concrete pouring machine, a scattering type discharging barrel is arranged, when thin block-shaped concrete falls into a bearing column frame from the discharging barrel, the thin block-shaped concrete can impact on reinforcing steel bars of the bearing column frame to be automatically scattered, so that the situation that the concrete is conveyed upwards to be of a cylindrical structure, so that too many gaps are generated in a bearing column when the bearing column is poured, and the supporting force of the bearing column becomes poor is avoided; and a warning rod frame structure is arranged, when a magnetic plate is separated from a magnetic ring, a reset spring is not limited any more, the reset spring can automatically reset upwards, the upper end of a warning rod is ejected out of a magnetic rod frame structure, so that the upper end of the warning rod moves upwards, then the concrete in the bearing column frame is warned to be about to be poured, and as a result, the situation that the concrete overflows from the bearing column frame due to excessive pouring is effectively avoided.
本发明提供一种混凝土浇注机,其结构包括防溢警示出料孔结构、移动架、电机、控制机箱、混凝土输送筒架、进料孔,防溢警示出料孔结构右侧焊接于混凝土输送筒架左侧,本发明通过设置打散式出料筒,薄块状混凝土在从出料筒处掉落到承重柱框架内时,将会撞击在承重柱框架钢筋上自动散开,避免混凝土向上输送呈圆柱状结构,造成在对承重柱进行浇注时,承重柱内产生太多的间隙,致使承重柱支撑力变差,通过设置警示杆架结构,当磁板与磁环分开后,复位弹簧将不在受限制,将会向上自动复位,将警示杆上端顶出磁性杆架结构,致使警示杆上端上移,以此达到警示承重柱框架内混凝土快要浇注完成,从而有效的避免浇注过量,混凝土从承重柱框架内溢出。
