The invention discloses a bottom rotating structure. The bottom rotating structure comprises a base, a rotating disk and clamping mechanisms; the two sets of clamping mechanisms are arranged, and eachclamping mechanism comprises a driving mechanism and a sliding bottom plate, wherein a movable plate is fixedly installed on the surface of the top end of the sliding bottom plate, an infrared transmitting tube is fixedly installed at the surface of one end of the movable plate, the driving mechanism comprises a driving motor, a threaded lead screw is fixedly connected to the power output end ofthe driving motor, two sliding nuts are slidably mounted outside the threaded lead screw, and a supporting rod is fixedly mounted at the top ends of the two sliding nuts. According to the bottom rotating structure, through the arrangement of the clamping mechanisms, the two movable plates can be driven to move close to each other through the supporting rods, two wheels of a vehicle can be clampedand fixed, when the rotating disk rotates, the stability of the vehicle can be guaranteed, the situation that the vehicle shakes is avoided, and therefore the safety coefficient can be increased.
