The offshore drilling operation device comprises a base, a truss anda platform which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, the base is fixed to a seabed, the truss comprises a standard section, an inner sleeve section and an outer sleeve section which are arranged from bottom to top, and the inner sleeve section is slidably connected with the outer sleeve section, so that the height of the platform is adjusted along with fluctuation of seawater; a rightingguiding device is further arranged outside the outer sleeve section, installed on the side face of a ship and used for righting the platform when wind waves on a sea are large; and the base and the standard section, the standard section and the inner sleeve section as well as the outer sleeve section and the platform are connected through fixing devices correspondingly. The offshore drilling operation device has the effects that the capacity of the whole drilling operation device for overcoming the influence of sea conditions is improved, and therefore refinement of offshore drilling operation is achieved.
