The invention provides a constructional engineering safety construction structure. The constructional engineering safety construction structure comprises an escape pipeline, a transmission assembly, an escape compartment, a first driving part and a second driving part, wherein the escape pipeline is fixed to the outer side of a scaffold of a building and extends from a high floor to a low floor ofthe building; the transmission assembly is fixed in the escape pipeline, extends from the high floor to the low floor of the building and is provided with a first driven part and a second driven part, the first driven part is located at the top of the building, and the second driven part is located on the ground outside the building; the escape compartment is located in the escape pipeline and connected with the transmission assembly, the first driving part is located at the top of the building so as to be connected with the first driven part, and the second driving part is located on the ground outside the building so as to be connected with the second driven part; and the first driving part and/or the second driving part drive/drives the transmission assembly to work so as to bring theescape compartment to the high floor or the low floor of the building.
