The invention discloses a desulfurizing agent and a preparation method thereof. The desulfurizing agent comprises the following components of: 10 to 15 parts by weight of Na2CO3, 13 to 17 parts by weight of TiO2, 5 to 8 parts by weight of NiCO3, 2.5 to 4 parts by weight of Mg3 (PO4) 2, 0.7 to 1.3 parts by weight of Ce (NO3) 4.6 H2O and 20 to 32 parts by weight of kaolin. According to the desulfurizing agent of the present invention, when the desulfurizing agentis applied in the dry desulfurization, the SO2 in a cement kiln can be effectively cured, and the high temperature re-decomposition ofCaSO4 can be effectively avoided, and therefore, the desulfurization efficiency can be substantially improved. In addition, the invention also discloses a preparation method of the desulfurizing agent. The method is simple and convenient, and is suitable for large-scale industrial application.
本发明公开了一种脱硫剂及其制备方法。所述脱硫剂包含以下组分:一种脱硫剂,其特征在于,所述脱硫剂包含以下组分:10~15重量份的Na2CO3、13~17重量份的TiO2、5~8重量份的NiCO3、2.5~4重量份的Mg3(PO4)2、0.7~1.3重量份的Ce(NO3)4·6H2O以及20~32重量份的高岭土。根据本发明所述的脱硫剂应用干法脱硫中,能够有效固化水泥窑中的SO2,且有效避免CaSO4的高温再分解,从而大幅度提高脱硫效率。此外,本发明还公开了上述脱硫剂的制备方法,所述方法简单便捷,适于工业上大规模应用。
