In strong wind weather, the frame body and a fan blade are blown to rotate through external wind speed, rotating shafts are driven to rotate when the frame body and the fan blade rotate, bevel gear rods at the bottom ends of the rotating shafts drive the discs to rotate to be attached to the rolling wheels, and based on the eccentric wheel principle, the adjusting frame at the outer sides of the rolling wheels is driven to swing left and right at the bottom end of the support; and the adjusting frame drives the sponge brush heads connected with the connecting rods at the bottom end to movably clean the front surface and the rear surface of an advertising board, so that the cleaning of the advertising board in different directions is achieved, and the regular manual cleaning is not needed.
