Device and method for quickly desalting sea sand
The invention provides a device for rapidly desalinating sea sand. The device is characterized in that a filtering drainage facility is paved at the bottom of conveying equipment or a conveying belt,a spraying device or a water injection device is arranged on the conveying equipment or the conveying belt, and a drainage hole is arranged at the bottom of the conveying equipment or the conveying belt. The invention further provides a sea sand desalination method, which comprises the following steps: (1) sand feeding: discharging to-be-desalinated sea sand onto conveying equipment or a conveyingbelt; (2) scraping and leveling: pushing the naturally accumulated sea sand on the conveying equipment into a set shape by a scraping plate; (3) washing and desalting: spraying fresh water or injecting fresh water from top to the conveying equipment or conveying belt, enabling the fresh water to seep downwards from the sea sand on the conveying equipment or the conveying belt, filling gaps amongsand grains, and desalting the sea sand; and (4) draining: draining the water after sea sand desalination and the water originally contained in the sea sand through a drainage facility at the bottom of the conveying equipment or conveying belt. According to the invention, the purpose of desalting sea sand on conveying equipment, simplifies desalting equipment is achieved, and the advantages of water saving, low operation cost and small investment are achieved.
