The invention relates to the technical field of sewage treatment, in particular to a novel environment-friendly wetland filler brick and a preparation method thereof. The novel environment-friendly wetland filler brick is prepared by mixing, by weight, 10%-15% of limestone, 5%-10% of furnace slag, 5%-10% of broken bricks and tiles, 15%-20% of clay, 15%-20% of zeolite, 5%-10% of broken rock, 15%-20% of slag, 10%-15% of oyster shell silicon dioxide micro-powder and 10%-15% of water, stirring evenly, pouring the mixture into a mold and pressing under 0.08-0.12 kPa/mm<2>. The oyster shell silicondioxide micro-powder material is added on the basis of the traditional filler, the filler ratio is optimized, the phosphorus removal effect is excellent, and through measurement, the maximum efficiency for wastewater with the phosphorus concentration lower than 20 mg/L can reach 100% within 8 h; for wastewater with the concentration of 40 mg/L, the highest efficiency reaches 98% after contact for24 h, and the effect is stable. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple and low in cost, and the novel wetland filler is excellent in phosphorus removal effect and has a good application prospect in constructed wetland sewage treatment.
本发明涉及污水处理技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型环保湿地填料砖及其制备方法。该新型环保湿地填料砖按重量份数由10%~15%的石灰石,5%~10%的炉渣,5%~10%的碎砖瓦,15%~20%的粘土,15%~20%的沸石,5%~10%的碎岩石,15%~20%的矿渣,10%~15%的生蚝壳二氧化硅微粉,和10%~15%的水混合,搅拌均匀后倒入模具中并在0.08~0.12kPa/mm2的压力下压制而成。本发明在传统填料的基础上添加了生蚝壳二氧化硅微粉材料,并对填料配比进行优化,除磷效果优良,经测定,对于磷浓度低于20mg/L的废水,8h内效率最高可达到100%;对于浓度为40mg/L的废水,接触24h后效率最高达到98%,效果稳定。本发明的制备方法简单,成本低廉,该新型湿地填料除磷效果优良,在人工湿地污水处理中具有很好的应用前景。
