Hydrogen separation and purification membrane, preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides a hydrogen separation and purification membrane, a preparation method and application thereof. The hydrogen separation and purification membrane comprises a hydrogen dissociation layer, a hydrogen diffusion layer and a hydrogen recombination layer which are sequentially stacked from top to bottom, wherein the hydrogen diffusion layer is a substrate layer, the hydrogen dissociation layer and the hydrogen recombination layer are both molybdenum carbide films, and particularly molybdenum carbide in the molybdenum carbide film is of a crystalline structure. According to theinvention, the hydrogen separation and purification membrane provided by the invention improves the hydrogen permeability during hydrogen separation and purification, reduces the use cost, and provides a new choice for realizing novel, cheap, efficient and stable hydrogen separation and purification.
