The invention relates to a recycling process of non-ferrous alloy in industrial solid hazardous waste. The process comprises the following steps of recovering the non-ferrous alloy, specifically, mixing and stirring the industrial waste residues, a reducing agent and a desulfurizing agent, drying and then smelting; treating the hazardous waste flue gas, specifically, carrying out reaction consumption, and then, carrying out dust removal and sedimentation; utilizing the slag, specifically, carrying out water quenching on high-temperature slag, washing out residual metal, melting back and refining, and collecting tailings to be used as a production raw material of building material cement. According to the process, non-ferrous alloy in industrial solid hazardous waste can be smelted, meanwhile, generated hazardous waste smoke is recycled, settled and collected, then slag is recycled, pyrometallurgy, dry dedusting and wet smoke abatement are adopted in the whole process, harmful substances are scientifically disposed and utilized, harm is changed into harmlessness, and no harmful factors exist in the production process.
本发明涉及一种工业固体危废物中有色合金的回收利用工艺。所述工艺包括有色合金的回收、危废物烟气的治理、炉渣的利用。有色合金的回收步骤为:将工业废渣、还原剂、脱硫剂混合搅拌,先进行烘干再进行冶炼;危废物烟气的治理步骤为:先进行反应消耗,再进行除尘、沉降;炉渣的利用方法为:将高温炉渣进行水淬,并洗选出残余金属回炉再炼,尾渣收集作为建材水泥的生产原料进行利用。所述工艺,能够将工业固体危废物中有色合金进行冶炼,且同时将产生危废物烟气进行循环利用并加以沉降收集,再将炉渣进行回收,整个过程采用火法冶炼,干法除尘,湿法消烟,将有害物科学处置利用,变有害为无害,生产过程中无危害因素。
