The invention provides a concrete pavement layer vibrating device. The device comprises a distributing device and a vibrating platform, a vibrating block is arranged on the vibrating platform, the device further comprises rails arranged on the two sides of a pavement layer, wheels are arranged on the rails, and the wheels on the rails on the two sides are connected through a bearing platform; thebearing platform is connected with a stiff framework, a distributor is arranged on the front side of the stiff framework and comprises a rotating shaft, spiral blades are arranged on the rotating shaft in a full-length mode, and a motor is installed at one end of the rotating shaft; a vibrating platform is arranged at the bottom of the stiff framework and located below the bearing platform; and astriker plate is arranged on the front side of the vibrating platform, the front end of the striker plate is curled upwards, and the upper end of the striker plate extends to the position between thespiral blades and the stiff framework. According to the device, spiral material distribution is achieved, concrete can be effectively flattened through the dense and uniform blades, the situation of local material shortage is avoided, a vibration structure is synchronously propelled along with construction, material distribution and vibration after material distribution, and the construction efficiency is effectively improved.
