The invention discloses a hollow slab bridge reinforcing structure. The hollow slab bridge reinforcing structure comprises a level plane parallel to a mounting surface, first level beads arranged on the two sides of the level plane respectively, second level beads arranged at the two ends of the level plane respectively, fixing blocks arranged at the corners of the periphery of the level plane respectively, protective shaft sleeves arranged at the lower ends of the fixing blocks; and adjusting assemblies arranged between the fixing blocks and the protective shaft sleeves. According to the hollow slab bridge reinforcing structure, the transverse levelness and the longitudinal levelness of a mounting surface are calibrated through the first level beads and the second level beads, and the levelness of the mounting surface is adjusted and calibrated through the adjusting assemblies, so that the mounting surface is conveniently trimmed to meet corresponding construction requirements, and the stability of connection between a hollow slab and the mounting surface is effectively ensured.
