The invention relates to a prefabricated box culvert connecting joint and a construction method thereof. In the structure, each box culvert body comprises a convex side and a concave side which are matched, the convex sides and the concave sides of every two adjacent box culvert bodies are buckled, a plurality of grouting grooves corresponding in position are formed in the outer edges of the convex sides and the concave sides in the circumferential direction correspondingly, a plurality of reserved steel bars are arranged in each box culvert body, the two ends of each reserved steel bar extendinto the grouting grooves in the convex side and the concave side correspondingly, the reserved steel bars of every two adjacent box culvert bodies are in one-to-one correspondence and connected through lapping the steel bars, and the grouting grooves are filled with UHPC materials. According to the prefabricated box culvert, the grouting grooves are reserved, preliminary connection of every twoadjacent box culvert bodies is achieved through lapping the steel bars, then the grouting grooves are filled with the UHPC materials, safe and rapid connection of the prefabricated box culvert is achieved, on-site pouring is little, strength is high, durability is high, and economic benefits are good.
本发明涉及一种预制箱涵连接节点及其施工方法,该结构中,每个箱涵本体包括相匹配的凸出侧和凹陷侧,相邻两个所述箱涵本体的凸出侧和凹陷侧扣合,所述凸出侧和凹陷侧沿周向外缘分别设有若干位置对应的灌浆槽,所述箱涵本体内设有若干预留钢筋,所述预留钢筋的两端分别沿伸至所述凸出侧和凹陷侧的灌浆槽内,相邻两个所述箱涵本体的预留钢筋一一对应并通过搭接钢筋连接,所述灌浆槽内填充UHPC材料。本发明通过预留灌浆槽,并利用搭接钢筋实现相邻两个箱涵本体的初步连接,再利用UHPC材料填充灌浆槽,实现了预制箱涵的安全、快速连接,且现场浇筑少、强度高、耐久性强、经济效益良好。
