The heat conduction shell comprises a hollow aluminum support and an aluminum outer shell arranged on the outer side of the hollow aluminum support in a sleeving mode, a hollow interlayer is arranged between the hollow aluminum support and the aluminum outer shell to serve as a hot runner, and an identification panel with an LED array lamp traffic sign is arranged on the open face of the aluminum outer shell. Heat dissipation holes are formed in the side faces of the two sides of the open face.
