The invention discloses a fan foundation reconstruction structure and reconstruction method. The fan foundation reconstruction structure comprises an original fan foundation; the original fan foundation is arranged in a circular truncated cone shape; a concrete reinforcing layer is additionally arranged on the inclined plane of the original fan foundation; the reinforcing layer is connected with the original fan foundation and a rock foundation through a plurality of first anchor cables; the position of a new foundation ring is determined through positioning and leveling; and then a concrete layer is poured on the top face of the original fan foundation; and after the strength of concrete reaches a design value, the new foundation ring and the original fan foundation are anchored and connected through a second anchor cable, and prestress is applied. Therefore, all the parts can be connected to form an integral structure form so as to ensure the safety of the new foundation ring and thesafety of the upper structure; and meanwhile, the integral anti-overturning capability of the fan is also improved, so that the modified fan foundation can adapt to a new fan unit.
本发明提出了一种风机基础改造结构及改造方法,其包括原有风机基础,原有风机基础呈圆台型设置,在原有风机基础的斜面上新增一层混凝土加固层,该加固层与原有风机基础及岩石基础之间通过多根第一锚索进行连接;通过定位调平以确定新基础环的位置,然后再在原有风机基础的顶面后浇一层混凝土层,待混凝土强度达到设计值之后,通过第二锚索将新基础环与原风机基础锚固连接起来,并施加预应力。由此可使得上述各个部分连接为整体结构形式,以确保新基础环及上部结构的安全性,同时也增加了风机整体抗倾覆能力,从而实现改造后的风机基础能够适应新的风机机组。
