Rock anchored beam excavation construction method for underground powerhouse in weak broken rock area
The invention discloses a rock anchored beam excavation construction method for an underground powerhouse in a weak broken rock area. The method includes the steps of excavation supporting of the underground powerhouse in a cross section layering and zoning manner, namely the excavation supporting of a top arch layer, the excavation supporting of an excavation layer above a rock platform protection layer, and the excavation supporting of a rock anchored beam layer, wherein the excavation supporting of the rock anchored beam layer is divided into middle groove broaching excavation, side wall protection layer excavation supporting, and rock platform protection layer excavation supporting. Aiming at broken rock masses, unfavorable combined structures, and altered soft rock masses at rock anchored beam excavation parts, the method is adopted and includes the steps that reserving a protection layer of more than 2 m above an inflection point on a rock anchored beam; systematic supporting ofthe outer wall of a protection layer area is completed before the excavation of a rock platform reserved protection layer; constructing a row of fore shaft anchor rods with base plates and two lower inflection point protection steel bars at a position 10 cm below the lower inflection point of a rock wall beam; glass fiber anchor rods are additionally arranged in a rock anchored beam rock platformprotection area by adopting the process of anchoring and digging in sequence; and adopting a personalized charging design. Therefore, the surrounding rock stability and forming quality of a rock platform are guaranteed, and subsequent rock platform repairing and anchoring treatment is reduced.
本发明公开了一种软弱破碎岩区地下厂房岩锚梁开挖施工方法。将地下厂房以横截面分层分区开挖支护:顶拱层开挖支护、岩台保护层以上开挖层开挖支护和岩锚梁层开挖支护;岩锚梁层开挖支护分为中部拉槽开挖、边墙保护层开挖支护及岩台保护层开挖支护。本发明针对岩锚梁开挖部位遇破碎岩体、不利组合结构、蚀变软弱岩体,采用:在岩锚梁上拐点以上保护层预留2m以上保护层;岩台预留保护层开挖前完成保护层区域外边墙的系统支护;对岩壁梁下拐点以下10cm处施工一排带垫板的锁口锚杆及两根下拐点保护钢筋;在岩锚梁岩台保护区域增设玻璃纤维锚杆采用先锚后挖的工艺;个性化装药设计;以保证岩台的围岩稳定、成型质量,减少后续岩台的修补、锚固处理。
