The invention discloses an anti-leakage hidden floor drain pipeline structure which comprises a main pipeline used for being connected with multiple floors and further comprises a layer pipeline communicated with the main pipeline and used for receiving single-layer leaked water; a plurality of floor drain pipes with openings on the ground on the layer are arranged on the layer pipeline; a hiddenleakage pipe is further arranged at the end part, far away from the main pipeline, of the layer pipeline; and an opening of the hidden leakage pipe is formed above a waterproof layer and below the ground on the layer and is used for discharging leakage sewage. According to the anti-leakage hidden floor drain pipeline structure, the hidden leakage pipe is arranged at the end of the drainage pipeline, so that accumulated water leaking into a cement mortar layer from ceramic tiles can be drained, and wall corner or local mildewing or generation of foul smells are prevented.
