The invention relates to the field of sewage drainage pipes, and discloses a sewage drainage pipe device capable of crushing and clearing blockage. The sewage drainage pipe device comprises a square water pipe, wherein a sewage cavity which is through up and down is formed in the square water pipe; the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the square water pipe are fixedly connected withconnecting water pipes; the left end wall of the sewage cavity communicates with a left side lifting cavity; the right side of the sewage cavity communicates with a right side lifting cavity corresponding to the left side lifting cavity; a first bevel gear cavity positioned at the right side of the sewage cavity is formed in the upper side of the right side lifting cavity; changes of water flow speed are monitored through a centrifugal wheel; when the water flow speed is reduced, a motor shaft is in threaded fit connection with a filter screen, so that the filter screen moves upwards to collect blockage; when the filter screen moves upwards to certain height, a movable block is triggered to drive a bevel gear to mesh, so that a series of transmission is realized, and therefore, a blade starts to crush the blockage; and after crushing is completed, the water flow speed starts to increase, and a limiting block and accumulated force of a torsional spring are pulled back through a pullingrope, so that a rotary working block is taken back, and therefore, the automatic return effect is achieved.
