The invention relates to the technical field of floor drains, in particular to an assembly type anti-backflow floor drain and an assembling method. The assembly type anti-backflow floor drain comprises a floor drain outer barrel and a floor drain inner core; the floor drain outer barrel is arranged in a ground building and communicates with an indoor drainage pipe; a sliding groove is formed in the inner circumferential wall face of the floor drain outer barrel; the floor drain inner core comprises a sewer pipe, a floating sleeve, a rotating sleeve and an unlocking sleeve; the sewer pipe is located in the floor drain outer barrel; the floating sleeve is arranged on the sewer pipe in a sleeving mode; a spiral flow guide plate is arranged on the outer circumferential face of the floating sleeve; a sliding block matched with the sliding groove is arranged on the spiral flow guide plate; the rotating sleeve is arranged at the lower end of the sewer pipe in a sleeving mode; an overflow structure is arranged on the outer circumferential wall face of the rotating sleeve; and the unlocking sleeve is inserted into the sewer pipe and drives the rotating sleeve to rotate. According to the assembly type anti-backflow floor drain and the assembling method, when the floor drain inner core is disassembled, accumulated water in the overflow structure is drained through the sliding groove by rotating the unlocking sleeve, and then the floor drain inner core is lifted upwards; and therefore, the situation that the building ground environment is affected due to the fact that sewage on the floor drain inner core is brought out of the floor drain outer cylinder is avoided.
