The invention discloses a desilting device for emergency treatment of damage of a sewage pipeline. The desilting device comprises a box body, a left-right through channel cavity is formed in the box body, and a power annular cavity is formed in the box body. According to the desilting device, sludge on the inner wall of the sewage pipeline can be removed through self-feeding in the sewage pipeline, smoothness of the sewage pipeline is facilitated, and meanwhile, the better dredging effect can be provided in a reciprocating rotating dredging manner; in addition, according to the device, a damage point of the sewage pipeline is judged according to the difference of water flow pressure in front of and behind the damage point of the sewage pipeline, and the sewage pipeline is directionally guided in front of the damage point, so that sewage can smoothly flow through a channel of the device without flowing through the damaged position of the pipeline, continuous leakage of the sewage is effectively avoided, and an emergency temporary response scheme is provided for pipeline damage; and meanwhile, a positioning device can be carried through the device, the damaged position of the sewagepipeline is effectively positioned, and a worker can repair the damaged pipeline in time.
