Connecting structure for improving connecting strength of integrated section steel
The invention discloses a connecting structure for improving the connecting strength of integrated section steel. The connecting structure comprises the two pieces of integrated section steel to be connected, anti-expansion bolts and anti-shearing pins, wherein a first inserting plate is arranged on one piece of integrated section steel, a second inserting plate is arranged on the other piece of integrated section steel, and the first inserting plate and the second inserting plate are provided with a plurality of pin mounting holes and bolt mounting holes. During connection, the first inserting plate and the second inserting plate abut against each other, the pin mounting holes of the first inserting plate and the second inserting plate correspondingly communicate, the bolt mounting holesof the first inserting plate and the second inserting plate correspondingly communicate, a height difference exists between the communicating pin mounting holes, the anti-shearing pins penetrate through two corresponding staggered pin mounting holes at the same time to generate pre-tightening force, and the anti-expansion bolts penetrate through the communicating bolt mounting holes at the same time to be fastened. According to the connecting structure, the inserting plates on the integrated section steel are mutually fixed to achieve connection between the integrated section steel, the anti-shearing pins are adopted for improving the pre-tightening force and the anti-shearing force, and the anti-expansion bolts are adopted for guaranteeing the connecting reliability, so that the construction difficulty is lowered, the connecting strength is improved, and the on-site construction convenience is improved.
本发明公开了一种提高集成型钢连接强度的连接结构,包括待连接的两个集成型钢、防胀螺栓和抗剪销,一个集成型钢上设置有第一插板,另一个集成型钢上设置有第二插板,第一插板、第二插板上均开设有若干个销安装孔和螺栓安装孔,连接时第一插板、第二插板相互叠靠,使两者的销安装孔对应贯通、螺栓安装孔对应贯通,且贯通的销安装孔之间存在高度差,抗剪销同时穿过两个错位的销安装孔产生预紧力,防胀螺栓同时穿过贯通的螺栓安装孔进行紧固。上述连接结构通过集成型钢上的插板相互固定,来实现集成型钢之间的连接,并采用抗剪销提高预紧力和抗剪力、采用防胀螺栓保证连接可靠性,既降低了施工难度,且提高了连接强度,提高了现场施工便捷性。
