The invention discloses an adjustable mounting structure of a component type decorative surface. The structure comprises a first fixing plate and a decorative panel, two first sliding grooves are symmetrically formed in the outer side wall of the first fixing plate, a first shell is slidably connected to the interiors of the two first sliding grooves, and a fixing rod is fixedly connected to the outer side wall of the first shell. A damping pad is adhered to the outer side wall of the fixing rod; after the first fixing plate is installed on the surface of a wall surface or a bottom layer decorative plate, even if the position of the first fixing plate deviates, a second fixing plate can rotate through the arrangement of the damping pad and a fixing rod, so that the angle position of the decorative panel is adjusted, and the vertical position of the decorative panel can be adjusted through sliding of the first shell in the first sliding grooves; and the horizontal position of the decorative panel can be adjusted by sliding a second shell in a second sliding groove, so that all structures are fixed conveniently after the position of the decorative panel is adjusted, and the positionof the decorative panel is fixed.
